Kaukauna Chiropractor Dr. Heather
I’ve always had a passion for athletics, which led to chiropractic…
The thought of not being able compete due to injuries was something that I could not accept. Through consistent chiropractic care, I was able to compete as a three sport athlete in High School, start on the NCAA Division II Women’s Basketball National Championship team in college, and now compete as a “weekend warrior” with little to no serious injury threatening my playing time.
Because of the benefits I experienced personally, my interest in the miracles of the human body, and my desire to enter the service profession where I could help others, Chiropractic has become the next passion in my life.
I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa because of its prestige in the chiropractic world and graduated as Valedictorian. Prior to completing the chiropractic curriculum, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky. The part of my education that was the most empowering to me was learning about the unimaginable healing ability of the human body and the vast impact chiropractic could have on a person’s quality of life.
My personal mission is to help people realize their health potential through regular chiropractic care, and to empower patients to take control of their own health by making informed decisions.
Life Outside Of Stone Chiropractic
I am married to my soul-mate, Lee, who I met the first day of chiropractic schooling. We have one beautiful little girl, Jaiden, makes me smile everyday, and the new addition of a handsome little man to be, Maximus. I enjoy time with the family, playing almost any sport, and hunting/fishing.
Since your health is always on a continuum (you are either getting healthier or getting sicker), I am always trying to find ways to improve my health through nutrition, exercise, and chiropractic. My family and I try to eat as much organic, unprocessed, locally grown food as possible. My philosophy on food is that the closer to “life” the food we eat is, the more “life” it provides our bodies. We also regularly supplement our diet with GMP certified supplements to be assured we are providing our bodies with the best building blocks available. If I’m not actively participating in a sport, my favorite way to stay in shape is through yoga and tabatta training. Of course, I also make sure to get adjusted once every 1-2 weeks to maintain an optimally functioning nervous system.
